12:15pm- 1:45pm Check-in and Player pack sales (Location: Clubhouse)
12:15pm-1:45pm Raffle prize selection- tables next to registration tables (Location: Clubhouse)
12:30pm Boxed lunches will be available (Location: Clubhouse)
12:30pm- 1:45pm  putting green and driving range open 
1:45pm Pre-round prayer and instructions from Club Pro (Location: outfront by the carts)
2:00pm Shotgun start on WEST COURSE ***UPDATED TIME AND COURSE***
2:00pm- Round of golf begins including a foursome photo, closest to the hole, longest drive and Hole In One opportunities etc. 
Immediately after play: Quick awards presentation. Note: Dinner will not be provided. We will have raffle winners chosen and informed via text message DURING the round, so please make sure to place your raffle tickets in bucket of the prize you hope to win BEFORE the round.
